We select the best crops of Arabica coffee from Columbia, Central America, India, Ethiopia, Kenya and elsewhere. The focus is always on guaranteeing the highest quality in the coffee we source. The next step is the roasting ritual, which allows the coffee aromas to develop as the green coffee is transformed into roasted beans. The green coffee is slowly heated to 220 degrees Celsius before being allowed to cool. The result is finely roasted and delicately flavored coffee beans that are ground ready to be made into a perfect espresso. A slow roasting process is used to ensure quality coffee and to lock in all the aromas. Intense and refined with a rounded body. Enjoy it nice and strong. This authentic Italian Espresso has a strong personality. It boasts a blend of Arabica with a hint of Robusta for an intensely powerful experience, a rounded fell in the mount and a subtle flavor.
